About this provider
A structured curriculum, not just a class. Every Fundamentals session begins with the same essential movements, rolling, breakfalls, hip escapes, then teaches three new positions. Across 16 classes you cover ~50 core techniques on an 8-week cycle. Beginners build their foundation; intermediates solidify it; anyone returning from injury keeps training without the intensity of All-Levels.
